- Paid Advertising Fees: Fees paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bing Ads) are non-refundable.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. We may request additional information to process your request.
- Decision: We will inform you of our decision and, if applicable, process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Refund Amount
If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be based on the services delivered up to the point of cancellation and any applicable fees. We reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred for services rendered before the refund request.
Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Client-Canceled Services: Services canceled by the client after the work has commenced.
- Late Requests: Requests made outside of the specified refund request period.
- Satisfaction Guarantees: Services provided under any satisfaction guarantee or similar promotional offers.
